Len from Air Vantage serviced our furnace and heat pump and was extremely professional and timely. He followed up with a minor issue he had found during the service and gave us options to remedy. After he was done a service checklist was emailed to us for our records. Great to have a trustworthy local company with exceptional staff in our area!
A big shout out to Airvantage heating and cooling! We just moved to our new home and we were told we would need the furnace and vent ducts cleaned. We are new in mission and so we found this company through google. They had a lot of great reviews and so we decided to call them and set up a time to come do their red carpet cleaning service. So Matt and Caleb came. Very friendly and knowledgeable. Explained every step to us and then they got to work. The furnace was way worse than we could have imagined. They walked us through it all and showed us how bad it was. Thankfully we called them as they found a hairline fracture in the furnace that could combust at any point leaking carbon monoxide. We decided we needed to replace the furnace asap. So Caleb cleaned it up and made sure it was safe to use until they could come back. We then had Owen, Malcom and Matt come back. Again very friendly, professional and knowledgeable. They came in and took out the furnace and cleaned all our ducts vents and dryer vent and totally cleaned our central air conditioning system as a bonus. Quick and efficient. Went above and beyond with cleaning up everything as they went. The following day we had Landon, Aaron and Evan come and install our new furnace. Filled us in on every step of the install. Again very pleasant and knowledgeable. Took time to answer all our questions and walk us through operating the new thermostat! Would highly recommend this company, they do not disappoint!
AirVantage just came to my house to do the red carpet air duct cleaning and I added on a gas fireplace clean (since it’s discounted if you do it at the same time) and I’ve had a fantastic experience.Caleb cleaned my fireplace. Extremely friendly, professional and very knowledgeable. He was also able to take a look at my furnace - turns out, there were major problems - but he gave me my options, was not “sales-y” AT ALL and gave me a recommendation but again, not pushy or anything. Explained everything and showed me stuff on camera so I could physically see the damage. Highly recommend him!Malcolm and Owen did the duct cleaning. They also were very friendly, professional and knowledgeable. Malcolm explained everything to me ahead of time so I was aware of what was to be done and the process and updated me throughout the day as to what was being done or needed to be done.Matt came to check over all the issues with my furnace. It was all last minute and he fit me in which was amazing! They originally told me that he couldn’t come until tomorrow but he made it work. Super nice guy, told me everything I needed to know and explained how my system works and the options I have. He didn’t push any option, just strictly said it how it was and said that AirVantage is happy to what I would like but like anything, there are pros and cons to each option so just to be aware of them which he did explain to me.They also showed me and sent me before and after photos of everything they did which was great because I’m a visual person but it also shows how much work they did and the difference it made! I had no idea! I learned a lot!Overall, great first experience with AirVantage. I will definitely be using them again.
First time using AirVantage for our hot water tank replacement and will now be a faithful customer. The entire team from start to finish were amazing.Josh, who provided us a in home estimate was very knowledgeable and polite. At no time did I feel like he was trying to up sale or pressure me into any unnecessary purchases. Forest was kind enough to get us in within a day of booking because he didn’t want us to go another day without hot water. Finally Taylor and Adon who completed the install were both extremely professional, courteous and efficient. They did a wonderful job installing the tank from start to finish. Including leaving the space spotless when they were done and taking the time to explain all the work that was completed.
