I was reading the paper and saw an add and decided to reach out to this company to get a quote after many others had come in. I called on a Friday Night asking for a return call on Monday to arrange for a quote. Trish called me back Saturday night and I had Justin and Marek come out quote for a new hot water tank on Tuesday. These two were both very professional and helpful answering all my questions. Brayden was my install tech and he arrived on schedule and was very efficient and left everything spotless. I would recommend this company to all my friends and family. We are very impressed with Rep-Air. Chantelle was friendly and helpful in making our appointments and keeping us updated. Justin did a very thorough inspection and clearly explained the problems with our existing duel fuel system. He gave us suggestions and estimates for a new heating system, with no pressure to purchase . Within a few days Troy, Marek, Graham, Brayden and Jase replaced our furnace, heat pump and ductwork with a superior, high efficiency system. They were always on time and got right to work. They also removed the old equipment, cleaned up and explained the new system. Every employee of Rep-Air was polite, friendly, knowledgeable and helpful.
