I am a retired HVAC professional. Needed to get our 26 year old furnace replaced. After doing a little research I chose Wagner Heating for my install. Right from the start, meeting Tom for the consultation I knew I had made the right choice. They are Trane dealers which was my first choice in terms of product. I’ve seen every brand throughout my 40 year career and Trane is definitely in the top two overall. Wagner is also a “Comfort Specialist” dealer which carries its own weight for providing their’s customers with first class service. Tom and his crew treated my home with respect as if they were working in their own home. We went through the entire process and with no question they were on time, organized and very knowledgeable in all aspects. I rarely give 5 star reviews. Wagner Heating deserved all of it. Tom and his team quoted & installed a heat pump system for our house in December 2025 (previously we relied on electric baseboard heating).They quoted us a couple different configurations and were competitively priced vs other contractors.They started and finished the entire installation exactly when they said they would. The workmanship looks great, and the system itself is a huge improvement over the baseboard heating we used to use.Tom was very knowledgeable regarding the rebates available, including regional rebates. His team provided all the necessary documents to submit for the rebate application to BC Hydro.Responsive and professional every step of the way, I highly recommend Tom and his team for any heat pump related services!

We have been clients of Wagner Heating for 10 years. They have assisted with furnace and heat pump repairs and maintenance. They also replaced our water heater and repaired our overhead garage tube heater. We have dealt with Jason (co-owner), Joshua, Blake and Hunter. All are excellent. They are punctual and will confirm attendance when enroute to your place. They perform clean, efficient work and are happy to explain the repair and chat while they work. You can trust them to clean up after their work and to treat your home in a respectful manner. Do not expect them to be the cheapest quote. Their prices are fair and they will not perform unnecessary work or replace unnecessary items. As with most things, you get what you pay for. We highly recommend their services.
We had an awesome experience with Wagner Heating & Air, the installation was painless, and everything looks really good. Shout out to Jason for being a great communicator with us. I don't remember the names of the two young guys that did the install, but they were great, very polite and professional. The electricians with McKenney Electric were also great. I highly recommend using Wagner if you need a heat pump.
