Today I had my annual HVAC maintenance performed by Alberto Martinez at Minuteman who checked my nearly six-year-old heating and air conditioning system. We found Alberto to be personal, very thorough and good in diagnosing the condition of my HVAC system. He showed me potentially problematic problems and also explained the technical and financial implications of my equipment’s performance and current condition. I found his explanations to be very helpful for future needs so that I can hopefully plan to financially for needed equipment or repairs in the future. I really appreciated the courtesy and time and expertise that Alberto spent explaining these things to me.I originally decided to do the annual maintenance with Minuteman about four years ago ago after working with their associated company, Benjamin Franklin Plumbing on numerous jobs. I have found both companies to be very professional, timely and so far their trchnicalnexperts are highly knowledgable, patient and courteous. I do the maintenance on expensive home equipment systems not only to prolong their functioning life but also sonthat my warranties will be honered by manufacturers if and when needed.

He is a manager at the Arlington Mansfield location. He is a true blessing and outstanding member of our community. This man recognized me being in a financial bind. He called me back and offered help! He took care of a bill that was detrimental at the time for my heater to work properly, during a cold snap.Chris Ward is definitely an angel. He delivered a very unexpected but well needed miracle that day!Thank you, Chris Ward!You’re awesome!
After returning to Mansfield,TX after the ice strom we found damage on one unit and our other two would not start. Call Minuteman on a Monday morning snd they had a service tech at our home in a couple of hours. His name is Oscar Garcia, he did a thorough job in review all three units. Two were restored to operation and one needed major repairs. After a good meeting with Oscar and a call with Chris Warner, Service Manager we decided to replace a16 year old system with a new American Standard system. Very good reviews and detailed discussions with Chris and Oscar helped us reach our solution. System order placed as we sat at our kitchen table. Installation was scheduled for the next day(Tuesday). Two young men’s arrived around 8:30am (Brayan and Jose). With great care and attention to detail they removed the old units (both inside and out) replaced it with a new , out of the box unit, cleaned up and were done in about.4 1/2 hours. Great installers with good skill level. Took great care both inside our home and outside to make sure everything was installed correctly and made sure no damage was done to our home They also did a great job in picking up all loose materials and even vacuumed all areas used during install. Gave us a walk around inspection and tutorial of how to operate the new system.i can’t express enough how pleased my wife and I are about the purchase and installation One final note we even had a follow-up visit from Oscar(service tech) a few days after the install to make use everything was satisfactory our THANKS to everyone involved at Minuteman HVACWe would highly recommend these folks to anyone needing service or replacement.
The office did a poor job scheduling my service. They made me wait all day with nothing but a "we'll call you an hour before we come" and didn't tell my tech about the appointment until late afternoon.However, my technician (Oscar) was awesome. He could have punted my appointment as being too late for his 1hr drive, but he came anyway. He did a great job, fixed the problem, was extremely knowledgeable and made good recommendations for future improvements. I'd definitely use Oscar again.
Words cannot express my gratitude for the services I received from this company.Initially, I had apt. for maintenance yearly service. That's when I met Jay.... my husband was at work, so I was a bit nervous about this day. However, Jay came and immediately I was comfortable with this visit. Jay walked me through the entire process of each unit, inside and outdoors and he thoroughly explained the issues that was occurring with two of the units. I completely understood everything and knew that these issues needed to be addressed.I needed a coil replacement on 1 unit, and an entire unit to be replaced on an old 1996 R22 dinosaur ?? model.... My husband and I are soooo busy, that we didn't know how to squeeze time to get this done... but Jay worked a miracle and got the coil part and new unit and crew scheduled to start installation the very next day ??. I was for sure it would take days... but the dream team came on last Thursday morning.Forgive me for not remembering everybody's name, there was Tyrus, Joe, and two other kind gentlemen.... this team of 4 guys came in and were kind, professional, they worked so well together, it was a sight to see. I was for sure it would take all day... but these young men were done in such a short time, it was unbelievable..... all new installations were explained, how to operate new unit was explained... now we have security in knowing we are safe with clean air and reliable safe equipment.
