I’ve been a customer of PV’s for a few years now and only have great things to say about their service. Their guys are knowledgeable and rarely suggest items to fix that don’t need to be addressed soon so it never feels like they’re just trying to upsell you to make more money.Their office staff is responsive and helpful. If I ever have questions, they do proper follow up and usually have someone call me within 1 business day just to talk through whatever I might need help with. Would recommend and I’ll be a customer for quite a while.

I highly recommend PV Heating, Cooling, And Plumbing. The technicians arrived at my home quickly and showed great professionalism from the start. They correctly identified that my AC unit had a failed compressor, something that two other companies were unable to diagnose.They returned the very next day and replaced the compressor with excellent results. My home now feels warm and comfortable again, just in time before the snowstorm.I did have a small issue with an overcharge, but the administrative staff resolved it quickly and professionally, which really shows their commitment to customer satisfaction.A special thank you to Matthew and Steven for their outstanding work and great customer service.
