Paid $840 for a 1 hour of labor. Parts were under warranty.Job estimated to take 4 hours although in reality it was 1.5 hours max. They totally misrepresented the duration of the work, thereby greatly inflating the price. After the quick repair, there was no reduction in price offered and they won’t document labor time on their receipt.Be warned. $840/ hr is exorbitant. No problem with the tech himself. He was on time, friendly, and performed the repair to restore heat.But otherwise it’s a racquet.
Derek came out to repair my boiler and I couldn’t be more pleased. He was calm, easygoing, and very knowledgeable. He took the time to explain what was going on and made me feel comfortable throughout the process. What stood out most was how respectful and meticulous he was in my home. Technician Derek was great! Very thorough and even took the time to explain a lot of the processes he was working through to get to the root of the issue we were dealing with. He absolutely stayed on top and worked through every possibility until it was 100% resolved. I had a new hot water heater installed this morning by Gavin and Tyler. They were outstanding. Arrived on time and went right to work explaining things to me as they went along making sure I felt comfortable. They completed the installation in just a few hours. It was amazing. I would certainly recommend this company to anyone needing their services. From start to finish, it was a pleasure.
