Air Controls recently replaced our aging boiler. We are extremely satisfied with the work performed. Brett was very professional and prompt with estimates and quotes. He answered my many questions immediately and ensured prompt and expert services were performed. Adam was amazing doing the removal and then the instillation of the boiler. He was always on time, was polite, and truly professional. He also returned to ensure the equipment was functioning properly.
Both of these individuals positively represented your company. We highly recommend Air Controls.

I WILL NEVER USE AIR CONTROLS AGAIN. Trent, the Journeyman Plummer was great to work with. Lynette the girl in the office was also polite and very nice. I was even happy to pay their $140/hour rate. All that said, their billing practices can only be described as - UNETHICAL.

When Trent came out to our house to troubleshoot and diagnose the problem in about 20 minutes they charged me their hourly rate of $140 for the service call and then made another appointment to come back three days later to fix the problem. When Trent came back, I was charged ANOTHER $140/hour service call, plus the parts and labor for the job. He was here and gone in 2 1/2 hours. They charged me for 3 1/2 hours! When I called the office to inquire about the whopping $681 bill to fix the leak under the kitchen sink, I was told that it is company policy to always charge an extra hour for "coming and going" to the job and "running around" and, because, "you never know when know when you may need additional parts which you may not have in your truck!"

As a 25 year customer of Air Controls, I argued this point six different ways and even ran it through the company's Master Plummer only to be told - "That's the way we do business." We agreed to "disagree" on their business practice of over-billing. They obviously don't care about or want me as a valued customer. Now I'm gone - forever and will share this review with everyone I know. Unethical, Unscrupulous, Unsavory - Unbelievable. Do yourself a favor and don't hire Air Controls.

I was told Air Controls was very subpar for residential furnace repair. I should have listened to the many warnings. Shame on me. After 3 visits to my house and no fixed furnace , I had another company fix the issue with the thermostat in ten minutes. They did not even have to refer to YouTube videos for possible solutions as Air Controls did. I mean come on do they even train there residential techs? I
assume not. If you want to be charged for some one not to fix your furnace then give Air Controls a call. Not sure why I'm writing this. I'm sure they don't care. Why would they start now.

We are so pleased with the work performed by Air Controls replacing our aged HVAC System. Knowledgeable, professional, clean and very well mannered employees were very welcome in our home. When the work was done, there was absolutely nothing for us to do cleaning up after the mess created by this replacement-they left the area probably cleaner than when they began the work. You gotta be crazy not to have this company perform the work for you!

Air Controls technician Rich came out and repaired our air handler motor. He ordered the part one day and returned to install it later. He was transparent, gave us shipping options to suit our needs, and had an amazing attitude. Wanted to review Air Controls and specifically Rich for their outstanding service and nice demeanor.
