The service was wonderful again! They installed an air conditioner for us and they were on time and explained to us what was going on. They left with everything cleaned up and double checked everything. They had installed a furnace for us a few months ago and also did a great job on that.
We had been without heat for a couple days and we called them. They sent Nathan right away. He was down in the crawlspace for probably an hour and a half figured out. What was the problem fixed. It was a reasonable price. We Love Homey

Drew and the office were awesome to work with! However, our technician wasn’t friendly. Barely said anything and when he left, he didn’t say anything. Not “have a good day”, “you’re all set”, just got in the truck and left.Edit to add:The company reached out to apologize for the tech and said they’d use it as a learning opportunity. I have NOTHING against this company and will be using them again. While on the call I realized our AC wasn’t working and our house was at 75° (in the summer). They sent a different tech out the next day, which was on a Saturday and that tech was absolutely fantastic! The owner also called again Monday to apologize again, sent a card, and made sure that everything was good to go. The owner himself drove out to our house to make sure we got extra filters. They go above and beyond to make sure their customers are happy. We will be using them in the future! Thank you Nathan, Drew, Holly, and Tim!
