Our 23 year old HVAC started smoking. Called White and Ralph came out the same day and confirmed we needed a new system. Eric came out that afternoon and we choose a new system.Dayton and Cody came the next morning and installed our new unit. Very fast, friendly and efficient. Thank you guys!2 minor issues, we think our small flood sensor may have been picked up and thrown away and the metal ducting is popping and banging loudly with each heat up after cooling. More noise then our old one.

Heater need repair, Called White. Service man was scheduled from 2 to 4 the same day. Fast response service man was on sight at 2:15 pm. Called before he came to let me know he was on his way. 15 minute wait. Was neat, clean and very nice and polite. Checked out the furnace found the problem right away, let me know, gave me my options, told me what it was going to cost got the ok and fixed it. Very pleasant experience. Prompt, efficient and very commutative. Excellent service highly recommend White. Have used in the past and have always been well pleased. Thank You White
Came out with a great attitude. Great customer service. Explained things so I can save money. Took the time and was personable talk to me as he was working. Cared about his job and that showed in his personality and I felt as a customer appreciated and cared for. He did not rush. He was knowledgeable and knew his job well.
