We've had Arthur and Jon come out several times over the years, and every single time it's been a great experience. And every single time they've managed to solve our problem.
Arty is always very quick to respond and come to the house if there’s a problem. Usually same day. I feel like they diagnosis things quickly and repair them with parts they often have in the truck. I trust his advice and judgement!

I had a great customer service experience with Arthur. Although we did not end up using Fire & Ice's service because we are commercial instead of residential, Arthur was kind enough to give me pointers. He wasn't at all annoyed by my call even though he knew they wouldn't be able to provide service to us. Jon was excellent. I had a bad experience with the prior hvac company (who did not fix my problem). I am nurse in my 30’s who has minimal experience in this field. He really advocated for me as a new home owner. Jon was on time, responsive to my emails/calls, professional, and very knowledgeable. Not only did he fix my initial issue but he gave me great advice/recommendations for other home projects. Jon certainly seemed trustworthy and I’ve already passed along his name to my neighbors. I would definitely recommend!
