Fantastic service from start to finish! My AC had stopped working, and I was impressed with how quickly and professionally the team responded. The office manager, was incredibly friendly and helpful—she made scheduling and communication a breeze. When George, the technician, arrived, he got right to work. He discovered a full drain pan had tripped the float switch and shut off the unit. After carefully removing the water and testing the condensate pump, he got the system running again. When the cooling still wasn’t right, he dug deeper, found the unit low on refrigerant, and added sealant with Freon to help address a potential leak. Once it was charged, the space started cooling immediately. George even checked the filter and the drain line for good measure. I appreciated the clear recommendation about replacing the unit if it continues losing Freon due to age. Knowledgeable, thorough, and genuinely caring—can’t recommend this team enough!
