11 months ago I installed a brand new cooling system. Have been trying to get a hold of Hector for months to no avail. He refuses emails, texts and messages. My system was finally looked at today and needs to be replaced. I was clearly scammed and lied to by Hector and Stanley. I am extremely upset about this entire matter. Buyers beware. My family was out in the cold for several hours (due to no heat); Hector came in and repaired the issue and within an hour we were back to our comfortable home, with heat running throughout the house… This man is a true professional and I highly recommend him for any future needs regarding HVAC issues…
Hector was amazing omg I can’t Thank him enough. My family was using heaters for a month long. After calling multiple companies and getting no response and being told by one that I needed to replace the entire furnace And it would cost me $2300 for the furnace and $800 for the labor. I paid them $160 just to come lie and tell me that. I found park city heating. I called it was a Sunday afternoon hector was prepared to come that night but I choose for him to come in the morning due to price difference. Hector showed up on time even gave me a courtesy call. Hector fixed my furnace in under 5 minutes. He was honest he could’ve told me anything was wrong I wouldn’t have known. I’m so happy, my husband is even happier he doesn’t have to hear my mouth anymore. The price was unbeatable out of all the companies I called park city heating was the cheapest to come out. I will never use anyone else. Having no heat was miserable. Thank you hector your the bomb.
