Tony and his team made many efforts to repair our furnace. In discussion with him, it became clear that rather than risking the cost of changing expensive parts, it would be faster to replace the furnace, which they did almost immediately. The installation was impecable and very professional. They will come back next year for the maintenance.

BCRC installed a new HVAC system and removed our old gas furnace. Throughout the installation they were very professional and made the process easy for us. Tony Sal was excellent with follow up to ensure we were happy with the heating system and completely answered all our questions. I would highly recommend them.
Tony came and helped us apply for the grant to get a heat pump. He was very patient, and helpful. After approval he explained what was going to happen on the install day. His crew came on time, they were tidy, polite, and a pleasure to do business with. They got it all installed in one day! They took the old furnace, old heat pump, and all the related items, with them.
