I had a new heat Pump system put in at my house in Surrey by the team at CP Heating and cooling. Honestly, I can't recall ever having such a positive experience with any certified installer. They were incredibly skilled, professional and knowledgeable. I was expecting a huge amount of damage However, there work was the opposite. Always helpful and friendly and they always put the customer first.Highly recommended!
From the moment of my first call and initial meeting with Sam, who assessed my initial request for service to my old furnace and explained my options to me, to my followup meeting with him gave me a cost estimate to the final installation by Shawn, my experience was smooth and uncomplicated and the entire task completed within 3 days! Sam was onsite for an entire day and was both meticulous and hard working and took the time to explain exactly what he was doing and why. A consummate professional! It was a pleasure to deal with the entire team and they have actually set a gold standard for how all service calls should be handled. I recommend them without hesitation.
