Simon and Ashton did an excellent servicing our furnace, cleaning vents, sanitizing etc. They were both very professional and took the time to explain things to me in a way I could understand. I appreciate how prompt, efficient, tidy, and thorough they were and how well they worked together. They were also very kind and patient with our “guard dog”. From the initial sales call through to the site visit, Marc was phenomenal. He clearly explained the pros and cons of each system, walked me through the basic “fit-for-purpose” requirements, and then helped me understand the comfort-focused solutions available. By the end of the discussion, I had all the right information to confidently decide which system was best for my home, no pressure, just facts and good guidance.

The installation team, Steve and his apprentice, did a fantastic job. The quality of workmanship was excellent, and they were friendly, professional, and very accommodating with my questions and clarifications . The work was done cleanly and to a high standard.

Overall, the experience with Action Furnace was outstanding. If I need HVAC or hot water tank work again in the future, I would go back to Action Furnace without hesitation. Highly recommended.

We can’t thank you enough for your collaboration, teamwork, professionalism, and the way you aligned with our needs from start to finish. It truly takes skilled, educated, knowledgeable, and well-trained professionals to deliver such an outstanding outcome.

We originally called for a simple vent cleaning, but little did we know our furnace was on the verge of failing and could have caused serious damage to our home. Meeting this crew felt like an act of good luck—a perfect storm of the right people at the right time.

To the owners and managers of Action Furnace: my hat is off to you for hiring such an exceptional team. They delivered results beyond our expectations in just two days.

Our furnace pilot light wouldn't stay lit so my husband (who is pretty handy) replaced a few parts on our old (1997) furnace. It didn't fix the issue so we called a few places to get someone to look at it. The dispatch fee was reasonable so we went with Action Furnace and Jason Rodrigues came by to take a look. He was thorough and efficient. Very polite and honest with what we could expect. After his inspection we learned that there was a crack in the heat exchanger which would be $3k + to replace. For a furnace almost 30 years old we knew it was time to upgrade.

We met with Ryan Perchak who was able to meet with us on the same day to help us pick out the new equipment. Ryan took measurements, listened to our needs, and was able to recommend a system that would work for us. In for a penny, in for a pound - so we also upgraded our hot water tank and humidifier at the same time. We got a bit of a deal by having multiple work completed which was nice. The price was reasonable for all the work.

This all went down on a Friday and we could have had the install scheduled for Monday but it didn't work with our schedule so we scheduled for the Tuesday.

Nick and Griffin were at our house by 8am and got to work right away. They had obviously done some homework ahead of time because they referenced seeing photos of the old furnace and the area outside where the new vent would go. They explained the process and what to expect, that they would need to put in a new vent, that someone would be on the roof for the vent up there including a new cap for it, and what to expect for a noise level. We both worked in the basement near the utility room and it wasn't noisy at all, we were both surprised. At the end of the install, Nick walked us through all we needed to know about the new furnace, how to get it inspected, and they installed our new thermostat and set it up on my phone. It was quite seamless and we felt informed every step of the way. We got emailed copies of all the documents, instructions, and the invoice.

Overall, it was a really positive experience. Every person we spoke to was professional, experienced, knowledgeable, and answered all our questions. Now we have a 12 year warranty and peace of mind. Highly recommend action furnace!
