What I liked about the service was:1. Booked an appt via text message. Got texted after my call was not answered so they returned my call essentially in a non-intrusive way.2. Given a short window of time to wait for my appt.3. Given a 30 minutes heads up on arrival so I could make it home from work to meet Andrew.4. Quick work and assessment - the capacitor needed replacing. Ended up not being a very expensive fix.Thank you Calgary Air!
