Technician John McGarvie with Smoak's Comfort Control just recently replaced my traditional water heater with a Rinnai outdoor tankless unit. I am extremely pleased with the professionalism that he displayed, the high quality of work and the surprising install time (approximately 4-5 hours). I thought it would have taken him a minimum of 8 hours to perform all of the work needed for removal/install of the unit and gas line relocations. He was very punctual and answered all of my questions to my satisfaction. I could't be more pleased with him and Smoak's for their overall response and quickness in getting my failing water heater replaced. I'm very happy with my decision to go "tankless" and to use Smoak's Comfort Control.
I hired Smoak's to install two HVAC systems for my home this month. It involved replacement and installation of a Trane 2.5 ton heat pump and a Trane 2.5 ton split heat pump. From the initial meeting to discuss needs to the completed job everything was done professionally, on-time and with friendliness. Pricing is reasonable and fair.
