Arctic Air has bailed me out twice. After two other companies worked on my ac this summer the unit went out yet again. Called Saturday night and they were here the next morning. Fixed the problem at a very reasonable cost.I installed a Google nest thermostat and messed something up. Call Arctic Air to come take a look and they walked me through troubleshooting over the phone. Bought a 3.00 part and the issue was resolved.Very good company that isn't looking just to make buck.

Same day service was amazingly fast. I was told they would at my house is about 2 hours. He was here in 1 1/2 hour. Honestly he could have told me that something major was wrong with my air. As it turned out it was an easy fix for him. These guys are honest and fair to deal with for repairs or replacements! They are our “go to” company for HVAC, and sometimes plumbing work. We were very happy with their service; they came when they said they would; The work was done professionally, the price was fair, and they explained in detail the work they did for us. We highly recommend them!
My HVAC system is older and I’ve had some issues over the past year or so with it. Other companies have came out and said it needs replaced. Someone recommended Terry from Arctic Air and he was able to fix it and save me from having to completely replace it!
