I have been customer of Charleston heating and cooling since 2009. I bought a Goodman system from them and had a few issues that they took care of very quickly under or not. There were not worries about hours or holidays they called right back and took of us. This past weekend the furnace failed and they come out quickly only to find it needed replaced. Two days and new furnace is completed. Great company.

I’m happy to recommend Charleston Heating Inc. I’ve had issues with my HVAC and needed serious help and Mitch was there on the spot. He quickly diagnosed the problems and got my HVAC system up and working perfectly. It’s hard to find anyone these days that will show up when they say they will let alone have the skills to diagnose problems quickly and be capable of doing the work honestly and fairly. Charleston Heating and Mitch were great and I hope anyone with the same needs as mine would give them a try.
