Gas leak from inside 2018 Rheem furnace installed by Dodrill. No urgency from company to fix the issue. Tech turned off gas and said part would be ordered after having to speak with someone else regarding our issue. No word 4 days later. $100+ call and look.. $400+ for repair estimate. It is winter in WV. Wish we went elsewhere for help. Company does not seem to care.

When I needed a new HVAC system I chose Dodrill Comfort and Energy Solutions, I chose wisely. In the years since I’ve also been enrolled in the Comfort Club Membership which is worth every dollar. They keep my system running smoothly. When I have had an issue that I needed them to fix they were very timely. I highly recommend them. Their service is excellent.
$16,000 for a heat pump replacement and they left my attic looking like a disaster zone. Found a broken vent pipe actively leaking onto my ceiling, insulation ripped out and never replaced (so much for energy efficiency), and massive air leaks pumping conditioned air straight into the attic. Basically paying to heat and cool the outdoors now. For that kind of money, you'd expect at least a basic level of professionalism. Instead I'm left with water damage waiting to happen and an electric bill that's going to be through the roof. Completely unacceptable work. Fortunately, I found these issues myself before it was too late.
