We inherited a service contract when we purchased our home 3 years ago. We kept All City to replace our gas pack. They determined the correct unit. Offered improvement suggestions to our existing duct work and whole house humidifier. The salesman was not pushy. He gave a honest and knowledgeable suggestion for our safety and comfort. We hired them for all suggested work and am thrilled with the installation and customer service. The Owner came out during installation to personally ensure it was done correctly. I purchased a new HVAC unit around a year and half ago from this company. I haven’t had any problems with the unit since they installed it new. I had regular maintenance done by Mike who was very professional. He looked over my unit and suggested I get a special filter for the unit. He explained why he recommended it and I understood why he would recommend it. I do own cats and have an elderly Dad with me so an air filter makes sense. Other than that my HVAC since purchased and installed by this company has been running great!!!!
