Our furnace expert, Anthony, was amazing! He showed up on time and got right to work. He diagnosed the issue with our furnace and searched for the correct part, which was tricky due to an old furnace.After locating the part and installing he ran a couple more diagnostic tests and found that our furnace was still not pushing air very well. Checked the coils and found they were caked with dust. He totally cleaned the coils which improved air flow to the upper level of our house.We know we are due for a new furnace at some point, but feel the furnace will function well so we can plan for that big expense.Thank you for your honesty and diligent effort!! We will definitely refer you to anyone in need!
My details are so long involved. Let it suffice to say Ben from Advanced Comfort came when several others wouldn’t. His estimate was 1/3 the cost of what I’d been quoted earlier in the day. He came when scheduled. Completed the work efficiently, explained everything he was going to do, answered all my questions, and cleaned up before he left. I highly recommend his work and work ethic.
