Alltemp was fantastic from start to finish. My furnace went out, and they scheduled my appointment for a time that was actually convenient for me. Marvin was the technician, and he found the issue almost immediately—but what really impressed me was how thorough he was. He could tell just by looking that there might be a deeper problem, so he used a camera to inspect inside the furnace. He ended up finding internal cracks that would’ve been a safety risk if someone had only fixed the obvious outside issue without checking internally.Marvin walked me through full replacement options, (not something I wanted to do), and explained the pros/cons and pricing in a way that felt honest and pressure-free. Somehow he even made me feel good about spending money—truly a gift in a stressful situation. He was knowledgeable about my current furnace, helped me understand replacement options, and even answered questions about replacing my AC later when the weather is nicer. Going forward, I’ll be requesting Marvin specifically because he was professional, personable, and made me feel comfortable having him in my home. If you’re using Alltemp, ask for Marvin—you’ll be in great hands.

I typically mean to write reviews and forget but had to do this one same day bc wow!! Called in tears (literally) after failed repair attempts from another company over 2 weeks of frigid temps. Jack was so kind, empathic, and clear about why and how he recommended to proceed! They got me in the next week which was truly a miracle! Luis and David were my team today and they were amazing! So kind, so thorough and worked really hard! The positioning of the furnace was soo tight and they were both so committed to getting heat in our home! The area was cleaner than I left it after they worked all day on it! I have heat! I’m in my warm home tonight, at peace! Can’t put a price on that! Truly! If you need anything HVAC related call them ASAP! They are truly gems who are excellent in their craft!! SO GRATEFUL!
I had an excellent experience with All Temp. They came out four different times to help figure out the issue, and Randy (the technician) was incredibly respectful, patient, and thorough. He took the time to explain everything in detail and made sure every part of the system was checked properly.The office staff was also very responsive and helpful. The team worked together to locate the part we needed, and their collaboration and communication made the entire process smooth. The quality of service was outstanding, and the pricing was very reasonable.I truly appreciate their professionalism and dedication. Highly recommend All Temp!
Ed from All Temp was so wonderful in explaining the boiler and radiator system to us while inspecting everything. We are new to Chicago and were unfamiliar with living in a house with this type of heating system, thus, it was tremendously appreciated! Amazing, professional service from Randy at All Temp. Same day appointment, and he called ahead of arrival so I could hurry home to meet him. Correctly diagnosed and repaired the issue and accessed my unit easily, despite its tricky location outside my kid’s window. Will use this company forever!
