Deljo was professional, communicative, and a pleasure to work with from start to finish. I needed my entire HVAC system replaced, and from the moment I booked my appointment the team kept me up to date on their status and ETA. I chose Deljo over another company which was similarly priced simply because of the excellent service I received. My tech, Matthew, took the time to walk me through what was important to me in a new system, how it would work, and kept me informed. When the install team came out they were efficient, communicative, and professional throughout. Could not recommend Deljo enough and I will continue to use them for regular maintenance in the future
We purchased a new condo and needed some repair and upgrade work on our HVAC unit. Izzy was extremely professional and helpful and I could not be more pleased. I strongly recommend Deljo heating and cooling and particularly enjoyed the service I received from Izzy.
So appreciated everyone's work on this. Luis & Anthony on the install for my furnace, John for the estimate, Drew for a maintenance call, and I am so sorry that I forgot the name of the first person I worked with but they were awesome as well. I had two service calls on my 28 year old furnace in two weeks, got an estimate for a new unit, and then my old one stopped working on the coldest day of the year. We were able to schedule install within days. Everything went really smoothly. I also really appreciate your being able to give small time windows and hit them easily. I just changed plumbing services to Deljo as a result. Hoping I don't have to do a ton of business with you in the future, but if I do, I trust it will be great.
Plumbing and HVAC issues are always a massive headache, especially if you're not familiar with maintaining or repairing those parts of your home on your own. I had both HVAC and plumbing work done by Deljo and can highly recommend them for either need. Some things that impressed me:1) Rather than just telling me that my furnace's heat exchanger was cracked, the HVAC tech used a scope camera to show me the extent of the problem. Less reputable companies wouldn't do that. It was good to know that there was an actual issue rather than just someone trying to sell me a new furnace2) Deljo were able to send out a salesperson to help select a new, efficient system that could replace the old, failing, 20-year-old system. They were even able to dispatch an installation crew the following business day, which was a godsend given the frigid temps Chicago was experiencing at the time3) Although the new system initially worked well, an issue arose the next day due to a dampener getting stuck shut. Deljo sent out one of the crew that had installed the system to fix the issue within a few hours4) For the plumbing work, Deljo offered an affordable full-home report and provided individual quotes for each bit of recommended work. This allowed me to select the most pressing issues that I wasn't comfortable handling myself5) When the plumbers came out to do the work, they patiently answered my questions and had me test out the new sump pump and shower cartridge they installed. They even moved the condensate drainage plumbing from the new furnace over to the new sump pump at no charge (it had been improperly draining into an ejector pit previously)Altogether, this customer-first approach was incredibly reassuring. Additionally, their prices are comparable to other HVAC and plumbing companies in the area, so you get a little extra bang for your buck. I'll be happy to be a repeat customer down the line when something else inevitably goes wrong with my house
Gregory was extremely helpful. He took the time to find the issue. We had two other companies come in and look at our furnace and they both told us everything was working fine. Gregory found our issue, showed and explained to us what was happening and clearly explained what was needed to fix it. He was very polite and knowledgeable. Excellent service.
