Very professional and affordable price compare to other companies such as Polar/4 season. When I called Polar mechanic, he asked me to change the whole ac unit with high Price then I can Modern HVAC. They explained what the issue is and also gave me 2 options. Either fill the gas by fixing the leak or charge the unit itself. I washed to change the unit but unfortunately the unit that we needed was not available in the Chicago area so I went with 2nd option. Even he was so busy due to pick season, he managed to fix AC within 3 days. 2 days wasted due to looking for the new AC. Otherwise it would have done in 1 day.I highly recommend this company.
