The technician was knowledgeable and able to troubleshoot the water heater quickly. Luckily did not require a major repair. They were honest about it and did what was necessary. Additionally we got a valve replaced that feeds into the humidifier. The quality of the part and workmanship is very good. Would definitely recommend this service
Kori and his partner were awesome. Solid craftsmanship on the exterior. Copper pipe and high-voltage line ran pretty level minus a few dog legs. I was a little underwhelmed that they did not pour a concrete pad for the new unit. The interior work on the new coil was crisp and tidy.Overall these guys were professionals who took care of my house, cleaned up after themselves and did quality work.Ben the salesman was very helpful and knowledgeable. He didn't try to sell me a unit that was overpriced and too big for the square footage of the house unlike other companies.Five star and their team are fair, honest and professional.Give em a call without the fear of getting taken for a ride.
