Incredible experience from start to finish. The technicians Gilbert and Cory were the friendliest and most knowledgeable of any company I've used and remained honest with me about what was needed. They cut out the BS and even gave me a free follow-up service call within 30 days as they promised they would on the first visit. Once it was determined I needed a new furnace, the sales rep Kyle explained everything in great detail and helped meet my needs both logistically and financially. On the day of the install, Ian and the other crew member (can't remember the name) were very professional and got things done quickly and efficiently while keeping me informed on what they were doing. Compared to other HVAC companies in the area which left me unsatisfied (even much larger ones), K&K really stood out. Would definitely use them again.

I don't think I've ever posted a review, but K & K is phenomenal and they went above and beyond for my family, and I wanted to share the extremely positive experience that I had working with them.
To tell the story: It's 7PM, finishing dinner after getting our 10-month old to bed in his crib when my wife notices that it is much colder in the house...furnace is blowing cold air. By 7:30, it's clear I have no idea what I'm doing - my wife calls K&K, by 9, Cory from K&K arrives and diagnoses the issue - we're going to need a new furnace, by 9:45 Kyle brought over 2 space heaters to make sure our child would not be cold, had quoted me on a new furnace, checked on inventory, locked in financing for me, and was already trying to figure out how, despite a full installation schedule the next day, he could call a customer scheduled for an installation and explain our situation to prioritize us over them (which I've never had happen before with any business I've worked with). Needless to say, horrible situation immediately made less horrible by the wonderful service we received before even paying a penny and the effort being made on our behalf. No promises were made but Kyle was hopeful, and he left saying he'd call at 8:15 the next morning.
It is now the next day - expectations were completely exceeded. Called when they said they would - we got slotted in! They arrived a half hour earlier than expected (most welcome!)- brought 2 vans- Josh, Bryan, Will, Nick, Kota immediately went to work. They worked fast; they were professional; they were careful as they moved heavy things in and out of our home. And as I'm typing this I'm hearing the new furnace going and feeling the air in my house get warmer and grateful for placing our trust and hard earned dollars towards a business that was empathetic, urgent, and their execution matches this DNA.
The price was completely fair (firmly in the ranges researched and expected), the service commitment that accompanies it was generous, but it was the personal touch of everyone we interacted with from K&K over the past 18 hours that resonated the most for my family. We'll not look elsewhere for HVAC equipment or services....ever, nor should you.
Again, I never write reviews, but I am compelled to because of appreciation and gratitude felt in this moment for yes, the heat, but really the compassion in the service rendered in our crisis that got us here. Thank you!

I got a new HVAC System installed and I definitely recommend K and K Heating and Cooling! From quote to installation the entire team was professional and took time to answer any questions that I had. The crew was on time, wore shoe covers inside and cleaned up all materials upon completion. They walked me through using the system as well as maintenance recommendations. The pricing of my unit was fair and I took advantage of their financing as well. I’m a happy customer and highly recommend if you are in the market for a new system.

These guys are absolutely amazing and I would work with them again and again. I recently purchased a house and was shocked to find out that the furnaces were over 50 years old. I was quoted 20k from another HVAC company in the area but I felt as though I was being overquoted and sold unnecessary things as a first time homebuyer. As I was scrambling to find other HVAC companies, I found KandK. Jerry came out for the free estimate and walked me through everything that needed to be repaired. He answered all my questions and worked with me to find a reasonable solution, saving money where we could. I was able to schedule with them right away. Jerry was so sincere and honest. Josh and Nick did an amazing job repairing all the outdated equipment in less than a day! I was amazed at how nice the new furnaces looked in so little time. I am so glad this is behind me, just in time for the cold season. If you are considering another company in the area, just don’t waste your time. These guys are your guys!
