I want to take a moment to commend two outstanding representatives of Peak Home Performance — Dante (Technician) and Josh (Sales Representative).

Dante was phenomenal in his professionalism and customer care. During his visit, he took the time to correct a misconception I’ve had for many years about how to properly install my furnace filters — something no other technician had ever addressed. He didn’t just complete the job; he educated me. That level of thoroughness and attention to detail speaks volumes about his commitment to doing things right and serving the customer well.

Josh is equally impressive. He is extremely personable, genuinely cares about the needs and safety of his customers, and never once made us feel pressured. In an industry where “hard selling” can sometimes be the norm, Josh stood out as someone who prioritizes integrity and trust. He listens, explains clearly, and truly has the customer’s best interest in mind. He is an all-around great representative of your company.

Bad experience all around. Messy work and lazy. The sales man is good and promised a lot. Workers didn’t want to work, left early, left messes. They never finished their work that was started August of 2025. And now they want paid the remaining balance for the work that was never finished. Save yourself the headaches of this corporate company and support a mom and pop business.

Long story short, I needed a new furnace because our old one lasted over 24 years, but because of the new laws I didn’t want to pay more money because our state wants to change what furnace “I need to have”! Luckily John was able to get me a new 2 stage furnace and thermostat at a great price with installation the next day. (We were very lucky) John explained everything we needed, what would be beneficial and what could be done later, if need be. No hard pressure sales, just honest and trustworthy. I believe this company stands behind what they install and I believe John didn’t try upselling me into something I didn’t need. I already had other quotes and while not the cheapest, I felt that the backing from this company and Home Depot put my mind at ease. I initially went to Home Depot and their service company for HVAC is Peak Home Performance.

The Team from Peak Home Performance team of Elijah Foreman, Matthew Malory and Dawson Henry came and installed my Generac backup generator. They arrived on time. The were able to complete the job quicker than expected. They cleaned up the area nicely and were very respectful of my property.

I’ve never written a negative review before, but after a full year of trying to get this company to address multiple issues, I feel I have no choice. I will gladly take down the review if the situation is remedied, but if the review is still up the problem has not been fixed.

We purchased a new furnace, AC system, and split system totaling over $30,000. My experience has been terrible from start to finish, and despite paying a "premium" price, the service has been anything but professional.

After installation, there were several problems. They drilled a hole in our wood paneling before realizing it was the wrong spot, then tore out drywall in our closet, promising to have someone come back and fix both. I called numerous times to follow up and was repeatedly told the manager was busy but would call me back. That call never came.

Later, the split unit in our bedroom developed a major leak that poured water down our wall and ruined our carpet. The technician who came out confirmed it was due to an installation error on their end and assured us the repair and carpet replacement would be covered. That never happened either. I called at least three times just about the carpet and got the same “we’ll call you back” response every time, but no one ever did.

Now, a year later, we still have unpatched drywall, a hole in our wood paneling, and ruined carpet. I even offered to handle the repairs myself if they would simply compensate us but never received a response.

This company charges more than most, so I expected high-quality service, instead, it’s been a complete nightmare. They damaged our property, took full responsibility, and then failed to ever fix it. Save yourself the headache and choose anyone other than PHP.
