The service technician arrived on time and had the parts needed to repair our complex HVAC system which included a dual stage furnace, heat pump, power blower, humidifier and thermostat. The technician was very knowledgeable in diagnosing and repairing our system. He explained everything thoroughly using words I could understand. I was in the hands of someone competent, honest, and trustworthy.
