Custom Air is a quality group. Yesterday they completed installation of a new gas furnace and air conditioner which was a conversion from electric to gas for us and the process could not have went better. Scott Harring in sales was great showing us options and helping step by step to get us through this quickly. Every person I have come across over the years have been wonderful. As I commercial insurance agent I value "trust" in my clients and those I do business with, and after going through a few HVAC contractors prior to finding Custom Air I have stayed with them because I "trust" everyone I have dealt with and will stay for that reason alone.Steve and Tammy D
Had Custom Air replace my HVAC system this summer with a new furnace and AC. I originally was set to go high efficiency but after getting quotes from Logan / Worthington Air / Custom Air, 2/3 recommended against it. Worthington air was the most thorough for the estimate and inspection of the home. However, Pete from Custom Air came to the same conclusion as Worthington Air in 1/2 the time. Both vendors recommended increasing size of cold air return to maximize system efficiency. Senior engineer, by trade, I tracked previous years of usage and calculated ROI of 90% AFUE system to be 8-9 years. My previous 80% Trane system lasted 27 years. Well beyond its expected service life. The goal is least cost, low maintenance, keep it simple stupid. The 90% systems try to capture every ounce of energy meaning instead of allowing warm moist air to escape, the air condenses inside furnace and then it is about expelling condensation either outside or to drain. My take-away is the 90% systems sounds great but any hiccup in the first 8 years negates any potential savings. This winter has been especially cold, happy to say my new Trane system has been operating flawlessly. I planned to pay more for high-efficiency system but Custom Air sold me what I needed with a take it or leave it, here are the facts and their expert experience help drive decision. 6 months in since install. Still very happy with entire process from quote, install, and long term review of services.
We have had the best service experiences with Custom Air. First they replaced our ancient gas furnace. Then they followed up that awesome experience by sending, O.J. out to educate us and fine-tune it’s use. O.J. was incredible. He was extremely knowledgable and quickly solved problems known as well as unknown. We are customers for life. Call them, you will not be disappointed.
Awesome company to deal with. The tech Sam very friendly, professional and knew what he was doing. The office personnel very friendly and Baron was very helpful and went above and beyond to help me. Will definitely be using Custom Air for all my HVAC services going forward.
I had a great experience with Custom Air installing my new water tank. The technician did an excellent job and took the time to educate me throughout the process. He was very patient, answered all my questions, and didn’t mind me watching while I asked them. He made me feel comfortable, kept things light with a few laughs, and was extremely professional. He even got down on his hands and knees to clean up the entire area, removing old water tank plumbing, debris, and drying everything out. He also walked me through the app setup step by step so I felt confident using it. The service was truly appreciated, especially considering the weather conditions. I highly recommend Custom Air for their quality work and outstanding customer service.
