Just had to replace my AC/ Furnace due to needing a new system. Fire and Ice came out in a very timely manner to inspect and run some diagnostic tests. It was determined that a new system should be installed. In less than 24 hours Fire and Ice had Installation/ service Techs out to replace the unit. Mike and Eric were sent out and we were so extremely appreciative of the friendliness and professionalism these two gentlemen showed. Not only did they provide us with helpful tips on maintaining the quality and efficiency of the unit, they also gave us additional tips and advice from their knowledge and experience in the business. Mike and Eric did solid work , no doubt about it. I called Fire and Ice because my 40yo furnace died during this Ohio winter storm. Temps were dropping below 0 and it was getting late. I began to panic but Michael the technician stepped up to find me a new furnace that night and Kai stayed up till midnight getting it installed. I am grateful for the care and professionalism that the Fire and Ice team provided. They came through for me in a tough spot and I would highly recommend them any day in return.
Tim was great! He was friendly and courteous and very thorough when it came to checking out the issue. He didn’t sugarcoat anything and when discussing a replacement unit, he was very upfront and truthful. He didn’t try to hurry us in making a decision until we were comfortable with what we were buying. I highly recommend calling Fire and Ice and if everyone is like Tim, you are in great hands!!!! The current crew that is here installing has been great as well! Eric and his crew today worked so hard to get us up and running with a whole new system! They made sure to walk me through the system after it was installed and made sure I had all my questions answered before the left. They made sure they picked up after themselves as well!
