Jose rescued my house. I had 50 year old cast iron pipes that had to be replaced, plus other plumbing issues. Jose was so patient with me as I had lots of questions, and he explained things clearly. He was professional, yet always sensitive to my anxieties that come with undertaking such a huge disruptive project. It was clearly evident that he took immense pride in doing his job well. It was a comfort knowing he would do the right thing, the right way. I found him to be a man of integrity-- which you don't always find as we all know.

This review is not really about NTX but about the person they sent out from a different company. His name was Miguel and he was excellent. Very knowledgeable, didn't rush thru his evaluation of our problems even though it was very late in the afternoon/evening! He works for Harlin Johnson Plumbing and I would definitely use him again fingers crossed we don't need one anytime soon!
