Jack our repair technician was thorough and found that while the furnace was working well it wasn’t set up properly. He changed the settings so that the furnace reaches temperature quickly. Travis - The project manager met me, and the customer explained his scope of work, prepared his bid in a timely fashion, and was awarded the job. His pricing was very competitive and very detailed. Major Heating gave a scheduled time, and the day before and after received a text message. The day of the installation Travis met, his crew lined them up with their task, and they proceeded with the installation. During the installation, they demonstrated professionalism above and beyond.
