Recent reviews often highlight technicians’ courtesy, clear explanations, and quick on-site fixes during no-heat calls. Several customers mention punctual arrivals and technicians walking them through system basics. There are also negative reviews describing disagreements about repair-versus-replacement recommendations and pricing. Overall feedback trends positive, but experiences vary depending on the visit and diagnosis.

Where do I start…I would stay away. Was told my furnace needed replaced and could not be repaired because that’s what American Home Shield required due to a cracked heat exchanger . Was going to cost me $4000k out of my pocket. Told carbon monoxide levels were unsafe to operate, hired my own HVAC company, they found no unsafe readings and said the exchanger was still covered under manufacturers warranty. Was able to repair at a tenth of the cost.

They came to inspect my furnace which was not working properly. They were assigned by American HomeShield. There was a crack in the heat exchanger and they immediately told that it cannot be fixed and it needs to be replaced completely and gave me 2 quotes which was exorbitantly high(2700 and 4500) These prices are after what is covered by the insurance . And in the estimate they provided to American HomeShield they have mentioned a list of modifications which doesn’t make any sense.

Mr Mike created the best experience possible. My heat went out during the cold storm. Mike as pleasant and polite as can be quickly diagnosed the problem and repaired it on the spot. 5 minutes of soldering later my heat is back.

My technician Sam was timely, knowledgeable, professional, and extremely hard-working. He took the time to explain the entire process and listened carefully to my concerns. Sams attention to detail and commitment to completing the job correctly stood out. I appreciate his expertise and excellent customer service, and I would gladly recommend him to anyone needing HVAC support.

Jackie is a highly skilled technician with years of experience working with different systems. She was even willing to share information with me on how my system works. Very friendly and funny.
