We had water leaking in the basement. Olivia arrived early and diagnosed the issue. The issue was related to the furnace and not the hot water tank so Tyler and Kyle were dispatched and arrived within the time window on the same day. They were very professional and polite. They replaced the part that was defective and did several verification checks to ensure the new part was functioning. They cleaned up after themselves and we were extremely pleased with their performance.We have been with Reliance for 10 years as we made our purchases through Costco. Until the last two years, the call centre was atrociously ineffective and difficult to schedule people, to come to the house and do maintenance and/or trouble shoot issues. The technical side was always amazing but the call centre was a barrier to getting service completed until recently and the call centre is amazing now.In summary, Olivia, Tyler and Kyle were 10/10 for their professionalism, politeness and skills.
I’ve been using Reliance for 4 years now and have always had good experiences. Jundel helped us for our furnace no heat problem specially this cold days and quickly figured out what was wrong. He was professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to make sure everything was working properly before he left.He also install new T-stat then he explained everything and how control using google app nest . I really appreciated his help and his service.

They sent us Mo, who went above and beyond his duties in diagnosing a furnace issue without charging us the extra charge for servicing it to keep it running until our appointment to get it replaced. This was in Feb… so we were very happy to have our heater back online and for the prompt service!
My husband and I recently had a water softening system installed by Reliance, and we couldn't be happier with the entire experience! From our initial contact with the salesman, Bryce, to the installation with Liv and Justin, everything was seamless.Bryce was incredibly helpful, patient, and knowledgeable throughout the process. He took the time to answer all of our questions and made sure the water softening system made perfect sense for our family's needs. We truly appreciated that he didn't try to oversell us; when my husband inquired about an extra chlorine filter, Bryce honestly advised that the carbon filter was sufficient. We opted for the 7-year rental of the equipment, which includes maintenance and a convenient filter delivery service, providing great peace of mind. We also were able to take advantage of 6 months no payment!The installation day was just as smooth. Liv was amazing, explaining our system thoroughly and walking us step-by-step through where each component (brine tank, water softening tank, and carbon filter tank) would be placed. She did an excellent job installing our RO system under the kitchen sink, including the extra alkaline filter and separate faucet we chose. Everything was extremely clear from the start, and Liv and Justin were efficient and professional.We definitely recommend Reliance! The process was smooth from start to finish. We are just waiting for them to schedule the installation of an electrical outlet closer to the tanks next week (at no extra cost), which highlights their exceptional commitment to customer satisfaction and the professional service. Well, our experience with Reliance got off to a rocky start, but it worked out in the long run.I made the consultation appointment for a time when I knew I’d be home after work, only to be called the day of to confirm things for a different time the same day. It must’ve been a glitch on their end, but I made it work. The Home Comfort Advisor came and went, but was very friendly, knowledgeable and professional and we made an installation appointment for the following week.Installation day came and went, but no one showed up without a single phone call to let me know. After appointment window, I reached out to the advisor. Long story short, after several hours and texts/calls later, the installers didn’t show because when they arrived to the shop and looked at work order, it caused back and forth as well as questions about the job cause they had concerns based on type of furnace we had which wasn’t addressed during the initial appointment.The field supervisor was able to come early the following week to complete a fact finding mission and address issues which were missed. It took a couple days longer than expected to hear something back, but they were finally able to locate parts they needed and make a plan to complete the installation.Was contacted soon after and finally (re)scheduled the installation, which went pretty well. The installers were efficient and got the job done, but would have liked a little more communication in terms of what they had to do, etc. It was mildly disappointing that the installers didn’t have the thermostat with them on installation day, but the field supervisor was able to come the next day and take care of it.So while there were definitely some bumps along the road, ended up being happy with the service, installation, follow up, quality and pricing.
