We had an emergency in the middle of a minus 30 cold snap. These guys were so busy they actually gave us the names of a couple of their trusted people who have side businesses. Trust ultimately squeezed us in but it spoke volumes about their customer care. They got the repair done quickly and within budget. There was no pressure to buy a new furnace and they did some research on our furnace ahead of time to be better prepared for the job. It has been months and still no issues. We will definitely call them for any future concerns. Thanks guys!!

I gotta say, this company is probably the best in the city for any HVAC repairs. I gave them two tries before leaving a review, a year apart for each, and both times the service was a 5/5. The professionalism, honesty, efficiency (cut and dry- in and out with no frills) and affordability was excellent and consistent on two occasions. So they definitely walk the walk when it comes to customer service imo.A year ago, Kang fixed my furnace in freezing temperatures after another company tried to upsell me a brand new unit. My furnace is still running perfectly today because of those repairs. This time around, Kang came through with Zach to correct issues left behind by a different contractor. They identified every problem, corrected what they could, and explained everything thoroughly after the repairs were done. Steven followed up with a concise report.The entire experience was seamless from start to finish. If you want honesty, skill, technicians who actually know what they’re doing and to be treated with dignity, courtesy, and kindness then this is the company to call. I trust these people more than I trust my grandma at this point in time and that's saying alot. I think this is how Gollum felt when he found the one ring, so I’ve finally found an HVAC company I trust and plan to stick with from now on. They’ve definitely earned a long term customer after today.
The people from Trust Home Comfort were professional and courteous from the very moment we met Adam in sales to the follow up by Van and Steven while we were away on vacation scheduling our permit inspections.The two crews they sent completed all the work in one day which included the install of an Amana high efficiency furnace with a Moovair heat pump and exchanger and a new hot water tank system.Price was comparable to three other companies we received quotes from.We were away in the USA for 2 weeks and the patience they gave us completing the CEIP process was greatly appreciated.We would highly recommend this company to anyoneWarten & Alice Griffin
Couldn’t be happier with the service from Trust Home Comfort! Steven and the team (Ken and Austin) were amazing — fast, friendly, and genuinely cared about getting things done right. They carefully taped and sealed all ducting to prevent leaks and even leveled a pipe that hadn’t been installed properly by the builder. I’d highly recommend them to anyone in Edmonton!
