Hello Everyone, if you have A/C problems call Alamo HVAC ASAP. I called and spoke to Jorge. He said he could have someone out in 30 minutes. In less than 30 minutes Adrian arrived at my house. I explained the problem. He tested the suspected electral part. Part was verified bad. He replaced it and my A/C started working great again. These guys are fast and efficient. Thank you Jorge and Adrian. July and August are the worst months for the A/C to stop working. I'm sure you guys are very busy. Thank you for fitting me in and getting my A/C back up and running! Great pricing as well!
I was impressed with how quickly Alamo HVAC responded—Jorge called me back within 20 minutes of my appointment request and arrived just 20 minutes later. He was very professional and had my AC up and running in no time. Great service!
Had initially submitted an online request for an appointment due to my AC short cycling. Hadn’t received a call back by the 2nd day so I called and left a voicemail before open hours to give it another chance as my AC stopped cooling and I needed help ASAP. I then received a call within the hour to make an appointment and go over the AC problem. Another hour later, Adrian showed up at my door ready and willing to take care of the problem. AC was frozen solid and needed Freon. Ok no problem. He filled it up and he noticed the motor was not working as well as it should. I moved in less than a year ago and I know the previous owners were not up to date with the required maintenance. He checked for any AC warranty and of course my warranty ran out. So now I needed a motor. With no other options, I trusted Adrian and had a new motor installed. After working on my AC for about 5 hours, my AC is back up and running perfectly. Adrian was respectful, responsive, knowledgeable, and very helpful. I thought the price to fix everything was a little much however, I am sitting quite comfortably on my couch with the AC working as it should. I have Adrian and Alamo HVAC on speed dial with no hesitation or question on calling on them for any further issues. I’m also ready to immediately recommend their services.
