Sonny came to service our 14 year old heat pump unit and had a component malfunction while servicing. Installed new component and did not charge for item because he was not sure if failure was something that was ready to fail or if he could have caused failure. Excellent service a truly honest person. Will continue to use him fo future AC/Heat needs.
I was recently intoduced to Sonny by my realtor upon purchasing a new home. We needed to have the existing units inspected and he was extremely knowledgeable. His servies were very reasonable and you can quickly tell that he knows his stuff. He was very thorough and noted one item we will need to address before the warmer months in the Spring. Needless to say, we will certainly be using him for that repair!
Honest, Quick, and Reliable. Sonny has made many repairs to both my systems in my 23 year old home. We finally had to replace the upstairs system in 2024. He keeps the units functioning and running good for as long as he can, and will only recommend replacement if the cost of repair does not make sense for the age/condition of the unit. Just made repairs on my 2nd unit that I thought for sure would need to be replaced. Told me it was an older unit, but still functioning well so no need to replace.
Called to set up a time. Sonny asked me to text him so he could confirm. I texted him and he didn't respond until I followed up again. Then we set the 2 hour window for him to arrive . He texted in the window and asked if we were still on, when I responded 45 min later (still in the window), it was too late. He said he had "moved on with his day." I suppose he didnt want to make the trip. Quite frustrating he didn't call to confirm
We have used Fort Worth Air Conditioning for six years and have always been very well pleased with their service. Sonny has always been very professional and we highly regard his service and expertise. They have serviced our units and replaced one old unit during the six years and all their work has been top notch. We wouldn’t use anyone else!
