On 11/24 we scheduled our annual winter service with Donald P Dick. The service was fantastic! They called just prior to arriving to make sure we were ready. Jess was our technician and he was great! He came in with shoe covers already on and then did a great job servicing the unit, very thorough. We absolutely love our new Lennox SL22KLV system with the CBK48MVT air handler and S40 thermostat.This system has completely exceeded our expectations. It runs quietly, uses energy efficiently, and keeps our home comfortable, even during hot Central Valley summers. The variable-capacity heat pump adjusts smoothly and avoids the constant cycling we were used to with our old system. Humidity levels are better, and the air feels more consistent throughout the house.The CBK48MVT air handler and S40 thermostat work perfectly with the outdoor unit. The thermostat is easy to use, and being able to adjust settings remotely is a great feature that we use all the time.We worked with Donald P. Dick Air Conditioning, and the experience from start to finish was excellent. John Calandri, the estimator, was extremely professional and answered all of my questions promptly. He made the entire process clear and stress-free. The installation was handled by Marco and his crew, who were just as professional.
