Ryan, and his team, are professionals who knows their stuff. They fixed my heat pump and when I asked about humidity in the house, Ryan recommended and installed a humidifier for me - it turned out to be not only the best one, but affordable. They showed up on time, were friendly, trustworthy and knew what they were doing, They also showed up pulling a box trailer containing everything you can imagine needing to complete a job. He gave technically sound advice throughout as well. There's a reason why they're so highly rated. So back story: our furnace died while it was below minus 10 degrees outside. My wife and I tried to call multiple companies and NO ONE could come for another 2 weeks. We called Brown's and within 30 minutes they showed up, and soon after they diagnosed the issue. The furnace died so we ordered a new one with them and and they installed it...all within one week of our furnace dying. The best part? Ryan offered us a very reasonable price on the new furnace which included installation. And the cherry on top? He's a really great guy. I had the utmost pleasure dealing with him and I'll gladly rehire him in the spring to fix or replace our heat pump. Seriously the best air conditioning and heating contractor in the Ottawa/Gatineau area and I wish more businesses were like Brown's.
