We had a heat pump installed by Services SP. I have to say the end to end services was excellent. From the office manager, sales person, owner and technicians were amazing. If I could give them more than five stars I would. They were patient to answers all my questions and the owner even dropped by to verify I had the optimal size of heat pump installed. This is a family business and they take pride in ensuring they provide the best possible service for their customers. We are so happy we chose Services SP!
I had 4 heatpumps installed by service SP in August 2024, and the team was wonderful! They took their time, explained what they were doing and cleaned up after themselves. The service was really great from the beginning to the end. They even came back to replace a part that was defective in two of my units fairly quickly. When I first started shopping around, I had several other companies come by and service SP was by far the most reasonably priced. I haven't felt confident in a company related to home improvements in a long time until now. I highly recommend them and I am very satisfied with the service I received. Great job service SP:) merci!
After a meeting or two to figure out our needs, they came in and installed a heatpump in a matter of hours. We discussed installation options (wiring, placement, etc) and it was done in no time. They cleaned up after themselves perfectly. Friendly, helpful and have great explanations. Highly recommended.
Great service and good price. The morning of the installation, the owner called me to tell me that they were late because the product I chose to go with got damaged the day before when they received it from the manufacturer. I had already taken the day off and couldn't reschedule so he gave me a higher end model for the same price and moved ahead with the installation. They were very professional during the installation and installed it exactly where I wanted. I highly recommend this company
Fantastic service from Services S.P in Gatineau. I purchased the Tosot/Gree Heat Pump and Furnace combo to replace my old oil furnace. I received about 10 quotes before finding this company. Pierre provided me with a quote within 24hr, and the job was scheduled less than a week later. Gab and Seb were extremely efficient, polite and professional. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a quality HVAC system at a reasonable price.
