I emailed Atmosphere about a heat pump cleaning/servicing and got an immediate, friendly and helpful response. All of my interactions with the folks at Atmosphere have been likewise.Anthony arrived right on time and patiently walked me through the work that needed to be done and answered all my questions... and being a naturally curious person, I had lots.Anthony worked efficiently and with great care in the house. He wasn't taking any shortcuts. I'm no expert but the quality of the work appeared top notch.I will absolutely be calling on Atmosphere for any future work and will be recommending them to neighbour's and friends.
The people at Atmosphere are great with their booking and the service. We have had two technicians at our house and both were professional and knowledgeable. Thankfully we called Atmosphere because another local heat pump company told us we needed a brand new heat pump whereas Atmosphere was able to replace a couple of parts for just $400 (parts & labour).I will definitely continue to call upon Atmosphere for any heat pump issues and maintenance.
Greg & this company was absolutely amazing to deal with. From being quick to get someone in , to installing a whole home humidifier to my furnace in a professional and timely manner. Greg didn’t just care about slapping together this system and leaving , he took his time in making sure it worked correctly as well as having the work look tidy and professional.
