They are very professional and were also the best price. In addition, they upgraded our electrical panel to accommodate the new items. It was real nice to contact one company that could take care of everything ( Removal of the old and installing of the new). Brodie, and his teams were very efficient and did an amazing job. We love our new heat pumps and would highly recommend them to anyone who wants to lower their carbon foot print.
We recently had Nova Heat Pumps install 2 Mitsubishi outdoor units with a total of 5 heads and we have been pleased with their performance thus far. From the beginning of the process with the assessor, to the office staff, and installation crew we found them to be very efficient, friendly, and responsive to any questions we had. We had a few minor deficiencies after install, I mention this as a plus simply because things do happen, but the response is what counts. Their response was excellent from the time of making the call to them quickly dealing with these minor issues. We would definitely recommend this company.
