My furnace conked out a couple weeks ago. At first, I called in a company I had used in the past. They replaced the heat exchanger, which was under warranty. But then there was a problem with the blower motor, a very expensive part to replace. Finally I realized I had to replace the furnace completely. Adam’s Air gave me the best quote of three companies and they were able to replace the furnace the next day. The team worked efficiently and I appreciated Shelley who arranged to loan me a couple heaters in the mean time. A satisfied customer.
I had issues with my Goodman Furnace - no heat!!!..and after some thorough research came across Adam’s Air Systems on Google - it’s hard finding a local company who cares/know what they are doing/loves what they do and communicates well. I had contacted a few people in Hamilton and some people didn’t get back to me, didn’t understand the issue or seemed like a scam. I persevered and came across Adam’s - from their website, reviews to communicating with Adam - I knew these were the guys to go with. I also love to support local family businesses, which they are! Adam answered my call - was super professional and kind. He listened carefully - was able to reassure and have Brendan come out quickly to take a look. Brendan immediately diagnosed the situation and they both got the part needed and organized quickly. They also understood about the warranty side of things that I was dealing with and made sure everything was in order their end as well. Even though they had other jobs going on, they danced between them beautifully making sure I felt like a priority and again, communication was amazing. Brendan came back the next day, part in hand, checked everything over, even pointing out some things we had no idea about and fixed two other small issues. He also took the time to explain what was going on, why things worked a certain way. It was good, honest no messing you around advice. You can tell Adam and Brendan actually care about what they do and want to give the best service. We will be having them back to service our air conditioner and fireplace. I highly recommend Adam’s!!
