My older furnace quit on a cold day in February. I called a heating company who responded quickly and also quickly gave me a diagnosis. The fellow told me I needed a new motor but they didn't make that model anymore. If he could find something compatible, it would take approximately 6 weeks. He suggested I purchase a new furnace.Then I called Shiptons. They responded quickly and spent some time explaining his diagnosis. He seemed quite knowledgeable and provided some options. The very next day a compatible motor was installed! And I had blissful heat again, no fuss, no muss. I was so relieved and so happy. The serviceman who did the installation was experienced, friendly, fast and courteous . Shiptons office called several times with updates keeping me 'in the loop'. I finished up the transaction with my debit card and turned off the space heater! Im very thankful to Shipton's for rescuing me from what had become an emergency situation and treated the situation with experience, friendliness, profession service from start to finish.

You can tell they are there to do the job properly and make sure the customer is fully satisfied.I did have an issue with an installation, and when I spoke with the owner, Scott Shipton, he personally came in to make it right. He made sure I walked out happy. During his inspection, he even addressed a few additional items to be fixed that I had not mentioned, at no charge, simply because he believes in doing the right thing.That level of care clearly carries through to his team. It is rare to see businesses operate with this kind of integrity today.Based on my experience, if you are considering them and feel unsure, there is no need to worry. You will be in good hands.
Amazing company to work with!! I had an issue with my furnace this past Saturday, and they were able to come out the same day, and have the problem fixed, all at an extremely reasonable price! The dispatcher I spoke to, Eddie, was very friendly and accommodating, and checked in through the day. My technician Ralph was so friendly and personable, very nice gentleman!! Thank you Shipton's for saving me on one of the coldest days of the year!
