I can't recommend Quick Fix AC and Heating in Houston enough! When my AC started leaking water all over my deck I was panicking trying to find a reliable company that wouldn't take advantage of the situation. From the moment I called, the team was responsive, professional, and genuinely helpful.Sebastian was the technician who came out, and he absolutely blew me away. He was incredibly knowledgeable—explaining everything clearly without any jargon overload—and thorough in his inspection and diagnosis. He didn't just slap on a quick patch; he took the time to check the entire system, identify the root cause (a clogged drain line combined with a minor coil issue), and make sure everything was fixed properly and optimized for efficiency and longevity. What really set him apart was how he went above and beyond. He stayed longer than expected to ensure the repair was perfect, thoroughly cleaned the drain line, treated it to prevent future clogs, vacuumed out the unit, and even shared some great tips on maintenance to help avoid leaks and other issues down the road. He left the area spotless—you'd never know he'd been working except for the cool, dry air! Thanks to Sebastian and the Quick Fix team, my home is comfortably cool and leak-free again, and I feel confident knowing I have a trustworthy HVAC company to call. If you're in Houston and need AC or heating help, look no further—these folks deliver top-tier service with integrity and expertise. 10/10 would hire again.
I used Air Tech for a new A/C system plus all new duct work in my home. They offer financing which was helpful. They got the job done quickly and everyone Ive dealt with from the person who answers the phone to the techs to the service people have all been so lovely and professional. I got my new a/c in January and it works great rn but I'll make sure to give an update in August to see if it still keeps my house at 65 when its super hot out.
We are very happy with the professional work done by AirTec of Houston. Ryan K and his crew were prompt, considerate and very knowledgeable. They exceeded our expectations. If you ever need a trustworthy plumber, call AirTec of Houston and ask for Ryan K. You won’t be disappointed.
Would be zero stars.I was willing to pay a premium for next day installation in the middle of August, so they quoted me $24k for a complete replacement of my current HVAC system with a Trane. The problems started with the late start and the expectation of full payment at 9:30 at night when the job was not completed.Failed to complete the plumbing of the drip tray and condensate drip line.Failed to install an air return as promised.Installed the incorrect thermostat for the compressor control type. $900 to get that changed by a competent AC company.Damaged my stove vent hood pipe.Heater vent through roof not done correctly, resulting in water damage inside the house. ($200 for the roof to be sealed) see photo. Now I learn that the condenser unit is the incorrect one for the compressor, and that the pressure differential in the unit is too high, so I cannot expect the system to run at full blast without causing problems. The filter box was also the wrong size for a system with my specs. (Went back to the old system of filters in the air returns). The current estimate to fix the condenser and pressure problems, is around $5k, but I am waiting for the full report and estimate. Also going to see if I can transfer the Trane warranty for parts and services to a reputable company.
Our tankless water heater was replaced yesterday (next day service!) by Pierce R. What a friendly and professional guy. Pierce was extremely thorough and knowledgeable. He explained, step-by-step, about the rather complex installation. He constructed a very solid, raised platform and added important amendments for draining and exhaust. I have lived a long time and appreciate someone who treats me like I’m capable of understanding technical issues (I am). I appreciate Pierce’s methodical, careful work and he will most certainly be our plumber on call from now on!
