John arrived @ the appointment time, called first to verify. He replaced my photoelectric smoke alarms and coordinated their signaling. He replaced my 10 year old smoke alarms with the most up to date. John was very courteous and respectful, a true professional. He completed the work, explained the work he had done and answered all my questions. He left product information for future reference, and dated the alarms. I have used Efficient Systems for over 10 years for extensive work in my home. They have always send excellent technicians and provide excellent work. Efficient Systems is a top notch company!
