Mr. Reed responded to give me an estimate on clearing a clogged dryer vertical vent/booster fan. When he arrived he was professionally dressed and knowledgeable about what needed to be done. We went up into the attic and he immediately began assessing the issue. After about 30-40 minutes of explaining and demonstrating to me the issue and deconstructing the booster fan and vent tubes, he said you can save yourself some money by doing this yourself…you can do it.I agreed, the teacher, Mr. Reed showed me where the screws go and reconstruction of the venting. I thanked him and he left, without wanting a dime for his time and effort. A bit nervous, I went to work and finished the job.I highly recommend this honest, friendly, knowledgeable and professional young man.
We were VERY pleased with the Technician. He took pictures of our system and showed us the problem before he offered advice on fixing. We knew exactly what we needed before he fixed anything. Most importantly he took pictures of Systems once the work was completed and showed our system was lack and showed us how our system came back to the proper working order.
