Just had a wonderful experience with Christian Johnson from Comfortech. We have a membership withComfortech, and were due for water heater maintenance. This week my confidence in Comfortech was restored by Steven Tollison and Elliot Wallace who provided a seasonal service on HVAC units at two different properties. I have had PREVIOUS appointments confirmed where the tech either didn't show up or called well outside of the service window to say they were en route after I had spent a significant amount of time away from work to honor the block of time I had agreed to for the service to be done. For these separate services, both Steven and Elliot - respectively - were prompt, professional, and personable.
