Laura (office) and Davis (technician) were very kind and professional in arranging and conducting an HVAC inspection and evaluation to support a home purchase contingency inspection. Short notice but they were able to come through and Davis clearly explained his assessment.
Springfield Heating and Air was very quick to respond to my request for evaluation of an HVAC system for a home closing. I had an estimate the same day I called and a visit within a couple of days. They checked out all of the things listed on the inspection report pertaining to the HVAC system and were honest about their assessment, letting me know the HVAC system worked well. They serviced it and cleaned out the ducts without running up unnecessary costs. I will definitely use them again and will highly recommend to any in need of HVAC work.
